Website Orders

If you ordered your eBook from this website and have downloaded it but no longer have access to it, you should be able to redownload it by:

• finding your original download email and redownloading it.
  
• if you cannot find it go to Account – Popular Chess and view your orders - send us your order number and we will send you a new download link

You can reset your password if you do not have it by choosing forgot password on the account login page. If all of this fails you can contact us directly at info - AT - everymanchess.com. or by using the contact page Contact Us – Popular Chess - if you provide your details we can check past orders and resend your order confirmation email with download link.

Please note, because this is a tangible download product which you can keep and use ,without restriction, it is your responsibility to retain the product after purchase and download. However, we understand that digital items can be lost and will always endeavour to retrieve your order and re-send when proof of purchase is available.

InApp Purchases via Apple or Google 

Please note - as of 2025 Chess Viewer is no longer available. See eBooks on Website – Popular Chess, If you have Chess Viewer and inApp Purchases on it, you can use file sharing either with Android or iOS to save these files to your device. Whilst they may still work with your current OS/Chess Viewer version, with subsequent OS updates on both platforms the app is likely to stop working, so we recommend you save your inapp purchases. You will be able to use these with other pgn viewers on your desktop or device. We will be providing many eBooks through the Forward Chess platform in future, and it does have the option via its author tool to import pgn files.

If you have lost or no longer have access to your inapp purchases, please note we do not have access to Google or Apple sales data (dara protection). Please send us your proof of purchase, and we will endeavour to restore these eBooks to you
